We recognized World Down Syndrome day on March 21st by wearing mismatched socks -learn more at #EndTheStereotyps. We also wore purple on March 26th in support of Epilepsy Awareness Day. This week students enjoyed the swimming program and community outings such as Fulton’s Sugar Bush, Hog’s Back park, Mississippi Mills Fire Hall, Commissioners Park and the Agricultural Museum the previous week.

We are looking forward to using a communication board to practice phrases during the Spring Scavenger Hunt set up in the Safety Village over the month.

We invite you to try the activities that best work with your child for April’s Core Words of the Month: in & on
